Here's one I made earlier...

I arrived home late, to find my guest on the doorstep already.  Quick change of plan needed to get dinner ready fast.
A surf through the fridge produced a tomato & mediterranean veg sauce with some chorizo made a few days ago, to which I added seared chicken fillets. Rice and sprouting broccoli to serve and all within 30 mins. Whew!


Leftovers for lunch tomorrow then I can make something more exciting tomorrow evening.

Topping Food Diary

Tonight, fed up with too many nights out and overeating, we ate a warm salad of green beans, potatoes, tomatos and tuna. A bit like a salad nicoise but heftiet as befits a winter evening.
